Travel Card Holders

This past summer I have been staying in the city instead of the sleepy, rural town that I usually reside in. Living in the city has the wonderful perk known as Public Transportation. The bus and train are available to take you to many destinations. It's so nice to have available when you don't have a car. It can be nice to use even if you don't have a car.

So, for convenience sake (and a discount) I purchased a pass that I would scan when I got on the bus instead of using cash and coins.

At first I had my card in my wallet, but quickly found that fumbling around to pull it out so I could scan it with the reader was not the way to go.

Luckily I noticed an ID badge thing at the dollar store that had a retractable cord on it. I attached it to my purse and now quickly pull it out, scan it and sit down. However, it is not that attractive. Nor does it seem too durable.

So I have been checking out travel card holders on my favorite site, YesStyle. Not sure I've found one I completely love yet, but here are some of my favorites so far. The choices range from simple and basic, to silly and cute, to girly or feminine floral pretty.

This post contains affiliate links. You can read my full disclosure policy here.

First. This style is mostly pretty basic. However, when I think of the one I currently have that is just plain clear plastic, these colorful ones seem a lot more appealing, plus the antiqued style clasp and faux leather cord are more appealing as well. Not shown here is a style with an embossed clover pattern too that is cute.

Card Holder with Strap

This one is pretty simple too, but it seems a lot more elegant, stylish, sleek. It's more pricey than the one  above. I love the "Tiffany Blue" robins egg color, but it comes in other colors as well.

These cartoon animal bus card holders make me smile. Each one looks like a bus with a cute animal (panda, owl, elephant and giraffe) poking its head out of the bus window. You can attach the holder to your keys or a lanyard, whatever you choose.

Cartoon Card Holder

Now this one is so pretty, and I am a sucker for pretty. I love the floral, sakura ones, but they have cute kitty ones too (apparently they had Hello Kitty ones as well, but they are not available as if this writing).

Halter Floral Pattern Card Holder

And these floral designs are my most favorite. I absolutely adore this style, feminine, light, sweet, charming. They also happen to be the priciest of them all too. (darn)

Mori Girl Backpacks

I was on Pinterest and had seen a cute, pastel purse. Following the link I ended up at YesStyle for a purse by a company called Super Lover. There I found some things I loved even more. Some Mori Girl backpacks. Not specifically made for Mori Girls (I don't think), but one's I think those love Mori Girl style would love. So whether you want one for school or work or nature hikes, here are a few that I liked that I thought had sweet charm or that basic simplicity that has a unique appeal of its own.

This polka dot backpack with a lace panel on the flap is just dreamy. I look at it and it just makes my heart sigh contentedly. Really. I know that sounds silly, but it just does. Speaking of silly (and fun), they have another backpack almost exactly like this, but instead of polka dots, it has little baby chickens printed on the fabric. It's actually quite cute, and I love the colors, but I personally don't want chickens on my clothing or accessories (I would love to own some though).

Crochet-Trim Polka Dot Flap Backpack

This one is just a simple, basic, but elegant and nice looking tan (the description says it's khaki, but it doesn't look khaki to me) colored backpack with piped edges. It looks like just the sort of thing to slip in a hand bound journal to write down notes and little sketches, take a short hike into nature with and enjoy a spring, summer or autumn afternoon.

Piped Backpack

So after looking at the bags by Super Lover that made me want to find more backpacks.

The company that made this one below is called Meringue and they made a few backpacks that I liked the look of, including a few others done in a similar way to this one, with the pockets and buckles, but with different fabric choices. This one is creamy canvas color with gingham and lace accents.

Buckled Lace Panel Backpack

And this company called Canvas Love (a great name for a company that makes purses and backpacks) had quite a few bags that I liked as well. I like the simple, clean lines of the rectangle shape, with the lace pieces softening them up and making it look feminine and romantic.

Mori Girl Clothes Online

So it has been forever since I've written on this blog. I've relocated for the summer and have been busy, distracted (and even sick a few times...sinuses). So I haven't been doing much of my online "window shopping" at all.

But I recently did go to YesStyle.com and I started coming across all sorts of Mori girl inspired clothing lines on there. I don't usually deliberately start searching for Mori Girl style clothes online, I kind of just stumble across them and appreciate it when I do. (I actually do most of my shopping at thrift stores and while I pick up some Mori style stuff it doesn't make up a lot of wardrobe I think.)

This Crochet Panel Camisole by Moriville is one of my favorite things I found on YesStyle. I so very much want this.

Crochet Panel Camisole

I really loved lots of stuff that Moriville had. Another Mori Girl clothing line I found online at YesStyle that I liked was called Fairyland. I didn't find quite as much items there that I liked, but there were definitely some cute things worth checking out.

Another I found is Blue Rose. I think these pink, cropped "baggy" pants trimmed with lace at the pockets and bottom hem is so super cute. They have a sort of vintage bloomers like feel?

Cropped Baggy Pants

Some other Mori Girl clothing lines I found on there were.

Forest Girl
Angel Love
P.E.I. Girl
Storyland

There are probably a lot more on there than this too. Plus they always have other lines that aren't so specifically mori girl that will have an occasional piece that works for that style...which is what I've usually come across at this website in the past.
I'm not sure why I haven't come across some of these clothing lines before. Maybe I never specifically searched for the word "mori" at YesStyle before? Although I thought I had. I will be definitely be keeping my eye on these brands in the future and keeping my eye out for more.

Menstrual Cramps Heat Patch - It's Actually Cute & Funny

This post contains affiliate links. You can read my full disclosure policy here.

Ugh. So I am normally very lucky when it comes to the time of month that I start menstruating (or what my friend Kim says is when "Aunt Flo comes to visit). I rarely experience the various troublesome kinds of things that beset other women when it comes to both PMS and the actual period. (Please don't hate me.) I am especially grateful that I almost never have cramps (really, please don't hate me.) But today I have cramps and I have them bad (bad for me anyway...I'm not keeled over in bed...yet).

So I suddenly remembered that I had these thing my mom bought for me one year because I always got so cold in the winter (I'm now taking both magnesium and kelp supplements and that helps with the cold immensely...actually, the magnesium should help the cramps too, why isn't it? darn it!). So this thing my mom got me is a magical, warm bean. It's actually called the Body Bean and it is a cordless heating pad that is/was made by Brookstone that they sold on their site...and I was going to give a link to it, but apparently they are no longer selling it. Sorry. However, I am using it now and it is so nice. Ahhh. Maybe a "rice heating pack" shaped like a bean would be good.

Etude House - OMG! It's That Time Again Heat Patch 1 setSo since I can't show you the Body Bean, instead I will link to this funny thing I saw on Yesstyle. It's the "OMG! It's That Time Again! Heat Patch." It's made by Etude House (a popular Korean based company who normally makes and sells wonderful cosmetics). I love the comic book style for the packaging, as it's both cute and funny...Which, I think having humor and cuteness at times like these helps almost as much as the heat. The text is in an amusing mix of English and Korean...it makes me wish I could read the Korean parts though.

So apparently these are heart shaped patches that "supply heat and soothing relief" for the pain and discomfort from menstrual cramps that also apparently has herbs and stuff to help too. Here's the instructions from the website.

How to Use:
Remove adhesive film and apply patches to skin.
Apply front patch on the lower abdomen.
Apply rear patch on the lower back above the buttocks.
Applicable for up to 1~2 hours.
Do not leave on for more than 8 hours.

Apparently this menstrual cramps heat patch pack only comes with the two sheets, so it's not very economical, especially considering the price. But they would probably be worth the convenience if you were traveling. (A better buy price wise might be these Thermacare Heat Wraps Menstrual Cramp Relief patches. The packaging isn't cute at all...but it is funny...in a very completely different way.)

The OMG! patches also might be "fun" to put in a little gift in a "period survival kit" form to give to someone to help them cope better with this time of the month...maybe include some chocolate and some Korean drama videos (or at least a list of ones they can watch on DramaFever, Viki, com or Hulu.com). Ah, maybe that is what I should do right now...watch Korean dramas marathon style to distract me as I hold my Body Bean against my abdomen.

Cute Glass Water Bottles

This post contains affiliate links. You can read my full disclosure policy here.

I feel like I have been lazy these past few days, which is kind of funny because while I have been doing some relaxing and lazy things, I have also been busy. I've been taking online classes, practicing using my Sketchbook Pro 6 software (which I love and got from Amazon for $22). I've made a gift for my boyfriend and I've been trying to do some gift shopping for him and family members...which entails not looking at cute and kawaii stuff, since they are not into that sort of thing. My boyfriend said he wanted a watch with stopwatch feature, and jokingly made a point that he does not want a pink one (since he knows how much I like pink).

Speaking of pink, I told him I wanted a glass water bottle, and he mentioned something about getting me a pink one. I could have sworn I wrote about some really cute ones I found at YesStyle on this blog, but looking at my blog posts I can't seem to find it. (Maybe I deleted it somehow? Or maybe I am just crazy?) So, at the risk of possibly repeating myself I am writing about these cute glass water bottles.

Printed Cute Glass Water BottlesAren't these fun, with their pretty, bright and pastel colors with playful print designs? Some of them have dots, hearts, animal shapes, etc. They also have a handy strap to carry them buy.

Some have those unique sort of English phrases found almost exclusively on products from Asian countries like, "Elegance. It is never too late to fall in love." I'm not sure what elegance has to do with it never being to late to fall in love...but I like it anyway. :)

Now, of course since they are made of glass they are breakable and should be used very carefully. You can't just toss them around like you would a plastic bottle. But the benefits, among other things, are better tasting water (no plastic or metallic taste)...water stored in glass tastes more clean, crisp and fresh. Although in looking at many reviews of glass water bottles many of the lids, that have plastic parts, can impart their taste or smell to the water.

There are no reviews on YesStyle for these particular bottles, but when I have looked at other water bottles that have been printed on, some reviewers said the print washed off, even when hand washing. so I wonder if that could be a problem with these as well.

Since my boyfriend is big on buying things with good reviews, he is more likely to get me something other than these. They may not be as adorable, but here are some others from Amazon I suspect he is more likely to get me. I do really like these as well. Although they are less decorative they are still cute in their own way. These have silicone or thermal sleeves that protect them, unlike the ones shown above. The "bkr" bottle comes in wonderful colors and has a sort of "sweet" charming shape, in my opinion. With all of these I think I could find a way to decorate them. Maybe at the very least use something like a cell phone charm strap and attach it to the loops on these bottles?

Update: My boyfriend bought me the "Bromvital Glass Water Bottle" shown below. It is very nice. I use it every day, keeping it by my desk. I've started adding a single drop of GSE (Grapefruit Seed Extract) almost everytime I refill it with water. Anymore than a drop and I can taste it...bleh. But it seems to help prevent a "film" from forming around the mouth of the bottle at the end of the day.

I do keep thinking of maybe trying to decorate the Neoprene sleeve somehow though to make it cuter. Maybe paint it...searching for how to paint Neoprene brings up some interesting things on Google.) Or I suppose could sew something to it. Or maybe make a sleeve to go over the sleeve? That way I could change the look anytime I want...that might be good.

Lace Trim Tank Tops

Lace-Hem Tank Top

Lace-Hem Tank Top at YesStyle

Today as I was getting dressed I put on a tank top with lace trim on and then layered a couple other shirts over that. Lace tank tops are a wardrobe staple for me. I wear them year round, not just in the spring and summer, but as the weather gets colder I add another layer or two over them. So I am wearing them in winter and fall too. I love layered looks and like looking at websites and blogs of Japanese street fashion for inspiration, especially more mori girl or dolly kei...even though my own style is a lot more subtle than those looks.

I especially like tank tops with lace at the bottom as well as at the top. I like having that lace peeking out and decorating the bottom of whatever shirt or sweater I am wearing over it, and if it has lace at the neckline and the shirt I am wearing over it has a v-neck or scoop neck it adds a decorative touch there too. In cooler weather they also add an extra bit of warmth.

I don't wear them every day, but I do wear them often. In fact, I wish I had more.

Are lace trim tank tops part of your wardrobe?

cute reusable shopping bag

Cute Reusable Shopping Bag - Bear Face, Ecru - One Size(M)Did you need something to cheer you up while running your errands?

How about this charming, friendly face on your reusable shopping bag as you shop for groceries ... as you carry your purchases home it will tell you cheerful things and make your load lighter. Okay...it really won't do those those last things, but it could make things more cheery with its face reminiscent of that seen on a teddy bear or other stuffed animal. It's kind of like a hug on a shopping bag. Go on and hug it, hug your groceries (just not when anyone is around, or they'll think you're nutters) ... express your thanks to your groceries. It's not as cozy feeling as hugging a teddy bear ... but doing something absolutely silly like this can definitely make you smile and you'll have cheered up. ;)

Pretty Rain Umbrellas

This post contains affiliate links. You can read my full disclosure policy here.

My thoughts today is an excellent example of how odd I can sometimes be. I was listening an audio book where the author was speaking about her trip to Bali (a place I would love to go) and I suddenly had this compelling thought of,"I want to look at umbrellas." Heaven knows why I suddenly wanted to look at umbrellas and whether or not it has anything to do with Bali. Perhaps it has symbolic meaning to me. Bali and umbrellas are peaceful and exciting to me...weird, huh? Umbrellas are like portable forms of shelter...you are still open to and surrounded by nature and rain even as you are protected somewhat from it, a part of it and yet not drowning in it. I enjoy the rain. I have been known, even as an adult, to play and dance in the rain, to immerse myself in it. But sometimes I do not want to get completely wet. Hence, I love a good umbrella. Umbrellas make me smile. Especially the pretty ones. To me, umbrellas are cheerful and playful things (except maybe the all black and dreary ones). So rain is playful, but I also find rain peaceful and calming as well...and the same goes for some umbrellas. They can bring feelings of "blissful content" to me...similar to thoughts of Bali. (I told you I was odd, didn't I?)

I have three umbrellas at the moment in my possession. One is those compact kind and it is gray, but it has a sort of shimmer to it...kind of like a cloud with a silver lining. The other is a sort of electric blue with a hot pink floral rose pattern on the edges. And the other is white with spring like flowers in yellow and pink sprinkled all over it...it makes a good sun parasol as well. All very useful and pretty and attractive in their own right.

I have to admit to longing to own an umbrella with ruffles as well though, maybe a bow or two...or more. Or perhaps lace, like this pretty lace umbrella.

Or this scalloped trim umbrella.

Of course I will always love floral umbrellas like these too.

These aren't lacy sun parasols that probably won't stand up to the rain, but they are pretty enough that they could be substituted as sun parasols if desired. And of course they are perfectly pretty rain umbrellas. Best of all, umbrellas like this are sweet, cheerful bliss to me.

Clever Travel Shoe Case Organizer

This post contains affiliate links. You can read my full disclosure policy here.

Shoe Bag - Travel Shoe Case OrganizerI've been thinking of making some simple shoe bags for myself, since I don't like just putting them in my suitcase with all the other stuff so the soles of the shoes (which have come into contact with who knows what) can brush up against the clothing and other things in the suitcase. I have been just putting my shoes in plastic grocery bags, but that doesn't work out so well. Hence the plan to sew some simple drawstring bags or something out of cute fabric instead.

But just now I saw these clever travel shoe cases. You can see in this picture how on the outside there is a mesh section for flip flops or slippers. When you open it up there are two more sections. So basically this one case has sections for three pairs of shoes. Or you could use the pockets/sections for other things like toiletries.

Zippers keep everything closed up so things don't fall out. A handle on top makes it easy to grab and carry. And it has some sort of stiff board or something that can be used as a divider and to provide some structure (which would better protect the shoes inside from getting squashed). Having this would make my suitcase so much more organized. Although I wonder if it would maybe take up a little more room too. They would also be great for organizing shoes or other sundries at home.

There are a handful of reviews on the site about these. Most are very positive. The only somewhat negative review states that the shoe case is smaller than she expected...but the actual dimensions are listed on the site. So be sure to check those out.

The available colors are magenta, coffee, light blue and dark blue. At the time that I wrote this they were 10% off too...but they might not be on sale by the time you read this though.

Cute Thermal Bottles

This post contains affiliate links. You can read my full disclosure policy here.

Girl Print Thermal Bottle Tumbler
How fun are these thermal bottles with cute girl illustrations on them?

I love herbal teas, especially during cold weather, and these would be fun insulated beverage bottles to keep my tea warm. They of course would be good for coffee or cocoa as well and they can even keep liquids cool in warmer months.

There are four styles to choose from. Blue with a girl with blond hair and a headband. Green with a girl with brown hair and bangs/fringe. Brown with a girl with brown hair in braids and cute hair bow. And pink with a girl with brown hair and a pink hood (sort of like red riding hood)...very cute. They all say, "Make the best day of your life" and the words "Nice Day" on the banner around the girls. I think I like the pink or brown one best.

Not all of the colors are available anymore...except...I realized something. If you go to the website and search for "vacuum flask" (which apparently  is another term for "thermal bottle") then you can find the same style of bottle, but sold by a different company. The price is slightly higher, but if the style you wanted is not available at the first link then that might be worth paying a couple more dollars. And you might find some other styles you like even better. The best words to search for these on this site are "thermal tumbler" and "vacuum flask."

Cute Printed Vacuum Flask / Thermal Bottle
Speaking of which, here are some other cute ones I like. These pastel thermal bottles say "Enjoy Sweet Day" on them over a sort of lace doily like background. Some have a cherry pattern on the lower half, and some have another pattern on them but I can't tell what it is...maybe birds?

On the same page they also show some with funny and cute animal designs. But I like the Sweet Day ones more. Alas, you can't choose which color you will get. It just says, "Color chosen at random." I think I'd like all of them, but there are some I'd prefer more than the other.

Both kinds of bottles shown here have straps that look like they are perhaps made of silicone and look quite strong and convenient to carry them by.

Heart Pocket Watch Necklace

Heart-shaped Pocket Watch- Copper Copper - One SizeIsn't there just something so charming about pocket watches? I love the old fashioned nostalgia of them. As proof that I like them, I wrote about a necklace that looked like a pocket watch another one here.

This heart pocket watch, I believe, is also more of a necklace than an actual pocket watch...but I am not completely sure as the description does not mention the word "necklace" (the description is rather sparse). It is only about an inch big though (the description says the diameter is 2.5 cm, which comes out to be .98 inches). So it probably is a necklace. It is hard to tell from the photos. (I guess one should assume it is a necklace if ordering it. I do wish they would be more clear.)

But it is easy to tell how pretty it is. To me it looks like brass, but the product title says "copper." It also has a nice floral pattern embossed on it. The numbers are a pretty, sort of feminine like script. The glass seems to have a sort of amber hue to it as well.

If you like pocket watch pendants/necklaces you should check out the others they have at YesStyle. They have ones that I love even more than this one. Which I shall probably blog about at another time.

Sweet Bird Cute USB Humidifier

Bird USB HumidifierI live in a very dry part of the United States. Last year I finally decided I must buy a humidifier to help in the winter when the heaters that keep me from freezing dries out the air even further. I got something good and practical that works great. It really helps with my dry eyes, skin, breathing, sinus problems etc.

But when I was looking for one online I kept noticing cute, mini USB humidifiers to keep at the desk. Usually ones that were kawaii cartoon'ish. Well today I just saw this one. A sweet bird, cute USB humidifier. Out of all of the ones I have seen, this is hands down my favorite in terms of looks. In fact...I'm in love. I want one at my desk.

(I think I would rather put it in a bottle of water with a narrow neck though as I think I'd be less likely to tip it over or have dust/debris fall into the water.)

These mini USB humidifiers aren't enough to really humidify a room (especially in really dry parts of the world like where I am). They can only keep your immediate personal space humid (so it's great for an office cubicle and on the website it shows one in a bottle in cup holder being used in a car). In reviews I've read people say they really do help them with dry eyes as they work on their computers though. However, a lot of the ones I came across last year also had bad reviews for poor quality reasons. So I would really, really hope this one is good quality and would last a decent amount of time, especially for the price.

Update: I found this same thing on Amazon.com from different sellers ranging from $15 to $30, which, depending on the sellers ratings and shipping, might be a better buy. Check them out here.

Cute Coin Purses

Cute Bunny Coin Purse Black - One SizeThis is a cute little bunny coin purse...well, maybe large coin purse would be better as the description says it has a diameter of 10 centimeters (just a little less than 4 inches across). Most coin purses I have owned were smaller.

It has two roomy looking compartments, both of which have zipper closures, and a wide strap to hold it by.

On the front is this cute bunny (with odd stitches...it's the only thing I don't like about the illustration as it makes it look more like it has the body of a turtle to me) with a pink bow, and a large speech bubble that says, "Is this toy," in a childlike scrawl. To me it looks like the rabbit is reaching out and has a questioning look on its face. Maybe it is about to ask, "Is this toy...loved?" Anyway. The background is a lovely blue with pink hearts. The backside has an illustration of a pink button with stitches.

They also have another style with a teddy bear with a blue bow on it instead, and a blue background with yellow flowers. It doesn't have the speech bubble, but it also says, "Is this toy," on it.

Cute Remote Control Covers

Animal Remote Control CoverOne of the things that makes me laugh when I browse online shops for stuff from places like Korea and Japan is how there seems to be cute covers/slipcovers for almost everything, not just slipcovers for things like couches and chairs.

Cute remote control covers are just one of them. And when I think about how grimy mine can get it actually can seem like a good idea. (Do you ever do things like take a toothpick and run it along the grooves and buttons of the remote and scrape of the gray grime from dirt and oils from your fingers? Too much info?) Not to mention these covers could protect a remote from damage if you spill drinks on it.

These elephant and panda ones available at YesStyle are pretty cute. Of course they are great for those who are into kawaii style, but they also would be great for those who have little kids. YesStyle also has some other remote control covers, including some sweet floral and lace ones.

Cute Pill Box

Printed Pill Case This is a cute pill box or little organizer. Its main purpose would be for pills, but it could also be used for other small things, such as earrings or little craft supplies like beads. (Also, I don't do things like take my laptop apart often, but when I have I found cases like this helpful to separate the various sized screws...and then I can close the lid to keep them from spilling when I invariably knock them over.)

You have your choice of either one with four compartments or six compartments. The separated compartment can also be removed so the case can be used for bigger things (the example shown on the website is some false eyelashes).

Alas, you do not get to choose which style you will get. So you may end up with either the cute pink bunny, the minty green/blue frog prince, adorable deer or what I think is a fox. They all cheerfully say, "Good morning" on them. And it's hard to tell from the pics, but I think underneath that it says, "happy every day."

Molang Diary Planner

Do you know Molang?

Molang is a cute, very chubby bunny character from Korea. I first started noticing Molang on Pinterest as digital wallpapers and such. Then I started noticing Molang was getting repinned a lot. So I think he is becoming more well known. I think he is sort of like the Korean version of Hello Kitty, only a lot more droll. (Droll...that's an old fashioned word you don't hear very often anymore.) One of the things I have learned about Molang is that he loves strawberries...so he has that in common with me.

Apparently there are all sorts of Molang products out there. I recently found these Molang Diary Planner things at YesStyle. They have a very simple, clean design. Just an outline of Molang with the Words "Molang Diary" under him. The back side of the diary shows the backside of Molang, with his bunny tail. It's very cute.

It comes in Cream, Mint Green (which looks more blue to me than green), Yellow Green, and Chocolate Brown. It looks like it has both lined pages and calendar pages. I can't tell for sure from the pics, but I think some of the writing inside might be in Korean, but at least some of it, like the days of the week, are in English.

They also have some other Molang diaries on the site at this time. Which you can see by clicking here.

White Enamel Rabbit Gold Ring

Beaded Rabbit Ring
How cute is the adorable white enamel rabbit gold ring? It will look like it is draped across your finger as it sniffs a pretty pearl flower. It looks so relaxed, almost dreaming like. There is just something charming, enchanting and even soothing quality about its tranquil repose. And I love its ears (kind of silly I know, but I do).

I wish this ring came in a silver color though and I am not so sure how comfortable those little nubs or "beads" around the edges would be.

Antique Style Print Cotton Hoodie

Printed Cotton HoodieThis light gray hoodie, printed with a vintage style illustration of ornate flourishes, frames and cherubs in blue, is totally my style. It somewhat reminds me of the "Skinny Minnie" shirts I've picked up at thrift stores and wear a lot. These are shirts that have vintage, "pretty grunge" style prints that are all over the entire shirt. Sadly, I think maybe those shirts are getting harder to find where I live and mine are starting to wear out and I want more.

That is part of why I am so tempted by this vintage print zip up hoodie, even though it's more subtle and the print is just on the front. But I'd love it anyway. I love the blend of casual with an ornate floral'ish print. And it would look so pretty with a shirt trimmed with lace and a pair of jeans.

I'd wear it so often I'd wear it out like my Skinny Minnie shirts too.

Crochet Lace Trim And Polka Dot Jacket

Crochet-Trim Dotted Jacket
Crochet lace trim, light brown and white polka dot jacket with drawstring waist.

This is such a sweet "mori girl" style jacket. I imagine that not only would the girl wearing it have the hat next to it  on her head, but that her hair would be braided as well. She'd probably be wearing a knee or ankle length skirt and some slip on clogs. In her messenger style bag would be a sketchbook, maybe a Moleskine journal and some Mirado pencils. She'll take a walk in a woodland like area, pause to sit on a log next to a stream and take out her pencils and notebook and begin to write.

I know I am unlikely to ever find a jacket even remotely close to this where I live. So thank goodness we can buy things like it online.

Frilled-Collar Chiffon Top with Elbow Length Sleeves

Elbow-Sleeve Frilled-Collar Chiffon Top I'm not sure if I've actually ever worn anything quite as frilly and feminine as this chiffon and lace top. And yet, it's not an over the top frilliness. It's s light and spring or summer breezy kind of femininity.

Maybe I love this shirt (in both the off white and pink versions) because I love the photo...I love the colors in this picture, including the blue in the background. Once you mix blue and pink together I fall in love. Which means, I'd probably love this pink shirt paired with a pretty, light blue skirt...or maybe just some blue jewelry. Or maybe the light beige shirt with pink pants and some light blue jewelry mixed in. Sorry...apparently I am doing an imaginary dressing room thing in my head and trying on imaginary clothing.
